Excellent service, cannot fault your technicians. I pay in advance (every six months) which I was wary of at first but I would recommend this system to all your customers because I know that my windows are cleaned every four weeks. I also like the way I receive an email the day before the technicians are due to visit. The advance payment means I don't have to worry about either being in or having to send a cheque each month. This company have provided us with a reliable and efficient service to our home for several years now. Communication has been excellent, particularly during the last year of the pandemic; necessary changes in delivery of their services have been carefully and meticulously explained, and updates have been appropriate and timely. Great service. I've never had a window cleaner who kept me informed of when they'll be around, different types of payment and turn up on the day! Fantastic service, and the windows look good too. I would definately recommend them.
Excellent window cleaners, always friendly and helpful. Lots of easy ways to pay and text notifications so you know when they are due. Any minor issues have been sorted very quickly.. would definitely recommend.
They are such a great professional company. They do a excellent job and the price is very competitive. Throughout they keep you informed of when the job will be done. Its a shame all companies don't work like The Vision Technicians.

Very satisfied with the service they do a really good job! Last year they also cleaned my conservatory roof and again did a very job. It;s also very handy to be able to pay on line. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.
The guys are always friendly and chatty and responsive - happy to help. I always receive a text the day before so I can shut the windows. Very reasonable prices.

Always been efficient and reliable. Like the texts you get letting you know when they're coming so I remember to leave the gate unlocked. Easy ways to pay and various methods too. Would recommend happily.
After a slow start were the cleaners were not sure which windows to clean, Vision Technicians have been very professional both in management and on site. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Incidentally, because of the initial confusion I was given two free cleans.

Our windows, even on the third floor, are always cleaned to a high standard by professional friendly people. We are always informed by text the day before cleaning. We would recommend Vision Technicians to anyone.
Have always been happy with the service, only slight problem is that there does not seem to be continuity of operators and sometimes odd windows have been missed. Overall very happy with the service.
Ok not a pun! Very clean not just the windows but following the huge disruption at the Weaponess building site over the past two years the gutters/facias etc already booked for our next window clean.
A shout out to Sam and Christian for a brilliant job on my windows. They were friendly, professional and did a thorough job. I am now on their regular route. Thanks guys. 👍
